Our SPR joined the nation in celebrating the annual Hispanic Heritage Month on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at the St. Louis Ethical Society.Bacardi Festival Award winner "Trovador" Edgardo Rivera and his group of musicians travelled from San Juan , Puerto Rico to delight us with their performances of our rich musical traditions such as plena, seis chorreao, bomba, guaracha, aguinaldo and many others.

In addition our St.Louis artists were back by popular demand: Concerto Pianist, Mrs. Millie Ho, accompanied by the outstanding Violinist, Joseph Bradley Perez and our very own SPR member, the talented, German Rivera. As you can see in the pictures, this musical afternoon offered enjoyment to all ages and musical palates!
